Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rovaire Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back. Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide you with the return instructions, including the appropriate return address and any applicable shipping information.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hellorovaire@gmail.com. We'll assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, or due to the nature of the product, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Final Sale or Clearance items (unless faulty).
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please don't hesitate to contact us before submitting your request.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, simply request a return for your original item. Once your return has been approved, you're welcome to place a new order at your convenience.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team.
We'll notify you by email once your return has been processed and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
